Last updated: October 16, 2026
These SMS Terms apply to the Scent Horizon text messaging program (the "Program"), operated by Dropsky LLC under the Scent Horizon brand, 4700 Millenia Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32839, United States.
1. What you are signing up for
By checking the SMS opt-in box at checkout, submitting a sign-up form on www.scenthorizon.com, or texting a keyword to our number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Scent Horizon at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include offers and promotions, new product announcements, cart reminders and order updates.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
3. How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further marketing messages will be sent. To join again, opt in again through our website or checkout.
4. Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@scenthorizon.com.
5. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier.
6. Eligibility
The Program is available to mobile subscribers in the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live). By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder of the mobile number provided or have the account holder's permission.
7. Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in consent collected through the Program will not be shared, sold or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This information is shared only with service providers that deliver messages on our behalf. For more on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
